Dixons Carphone were looking for a strong sales driving campaign for the Ovens category. Additionally they were looking for strong consumer engagement and wanted to generate some in store excitement.


Adopt and adapt the previously successful 1 in 20 Free TV’s campaign from the Summers World Cup.

Upon purchase of a featured oven consumers had a 1 in 20 chance to win £500.

Consumers visited the promotional microsite 32-42 days after purchases (to eliminate the inclusions of returns) to see if they have won. The site revealed instantly if you were a winner
