Andrew is an international promotional marketing leader. He’s built a successful career on delivering ground breaking promotional campaigns that have shifted the dial for clients such as Lucozade, McDonalds, Walkers, Carlsberg and GM to name but a few. At the heart of all this activity is always a big idea – and ideas that give tangible results by ensuring customers change their behaviour. During his career he’s been fortunate to ply his trade in US, EMEA, LatAm and more recently back home in UK.

Ben has spent almost 12 years in the sales promotion industry, specialising in all things promotional risk. Having held various roles from Business development to Head of department, he has lots of experience working with both agencies and brands direct on their sales promotions and making sure their budgets are protected by Fixed Fee. He has experience of working with clients in UK, Ireland, Germany & Australia.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Ben either in the gym, walking his rescue Patterdale Terrier with his wife, or attempting to train his dog, something he’s still not mastered after 1.5 years!
Cath Roberts

Cath heads up our South African division and stems from a client service and operations background.
Having worked across multiple clients and various sectors dealing with agencies and clients such as Samsung, Philips, Vodacom (Vodafone), MultiChoice, Sanlam, Coca Cola and Unilever her experience is varied and she understands the need of the client as well as the operational requirements of each campaign to help create a synergy between the two.
When not in the office, Catherine can be found on the beaches of Cape Town, reading a book, at the gym or trying out a new restaurant with friends.

Kelly joins as Head of Operations, with 18 years’ experience in Promotional Risk, she is well versed in the promotional marketing world and has managed campaigns for some of the largest global FMCG brands.

Equally comfortable managing suppliers, agency personnel and client relationships, Kelly brings her expertise to the Halo team.
Time out of the office is spent with her husband and two teenage children. Trying to keep her miniature dachshund under control while balancing gym going and cocktail making!

Born and raised in Poland, Piotr went to college in Illinois, USA, and then settled in the UK.
His experience of living in different cultures sharpened his focus on trading across boarders and working with clients in multiple countries.
Over the last 10 years he’s been running successful risk-free promotions in Germany, Spain, Italy, France and Poland for clients including McDonald’s, Ferrero, Mars, PepsiCo, Coca Cola and many more.
Outside of working hours he’s spending the time with his wife and two boys, playing tennis, running and chess.
